The HMS office will be closed on Friday, June 19, 2026, to observe the Juneteenth National Independence Day holiday.  We will reopen at 9:00 am on Monday, June 22nd.

Because of the bank holiday, any payments made on Juneteenth will likely be delayed by at least one day.  Rest assured that your payment will still be applied.

As always, if you have a non-life-threatening, Association-related emergency that day, then please call the HMS office at 770-667-0595 and follow the instructions for after-hours Association emergencies.  HMS' on-call staff can assist you.  Otherwise, we will return all calls and emails when we reopen.
