  • April 2026 - HMS Working to Correct Online Payment Issues

    Some homeowners are experiencing issues making payments online.  HMS is working with our software provider to get these issues corrected as soon as possible.  These issues seem to occuring intermittently.

    If you experienced issues changing accounts or registering new accounts, then please try again.  Those issues have been corrected, but the issue affecting some payments is still being worked on.

  • April 2026 - Amenity Reservations Back Online

    The issue preventing amenity reservations has been corrected, and homeowners can once again reserve amenities online if HMS handles your amenity reservations.  If you were previously unable to select an amenity to reserve or to pay for your previously-requested reservation, then please try again.

    HMS has worked with our software provider to correct the issue that was preventing homeowners to submit new amenity reservation requests or update their existing pending requests.  You should now be able to select amenities to reserve or submit payments for existing requests.  If HMS manages amenities in your community, then you will find those pages under the "Amenity Reservations" heading.
