  • February 2024 - Email Delivery Issues Corrected

    Beginning on January 29th, 2024, some of HMS' automatic notification emails were incorrectly blocked due to an issue from HMS' software provider.  This included notifications for payment receipts, website registration confirmations, amenity reservation confirmations, and Broadcast Emails that are used for announcements and newsletters.  While most homeowners still received all of the emails from HMS correctly, some homeowners did not receive any emails from HMS unless they were directly sent from an HMS staff member.

    HMS' software provider has corrected the issue, and it appears that all notification emails and Broadcast Emails are being sent as expected.  If you believe that you missed an email from HMS between January 29th, 2024, and February 9th, then please Contact HMS.  We may be able to resend the email that was not delivered to you.

    HMS' new smartphone app, HMS Express, is out now!  HMS Express offers our most-used HMS Community Website features in a more mobile-friendly experience!  Read more at www.HMS-inc.net/app.

  • December 2023 - Improved Modification Request Review page for Boards

    Board members and approved architectural committee members have had their exclusive "Modification Requests Review" page updated to make it easier to approve modification requests in the community.  After Signing In, you'll find it's faster to navigate between requests, view all attachments, and add comments.

    If you are a Board member in a community that doesn't have HMS handle the modification requests, then use the "Contact HMS" page to see how HMS can help you and your fellow volunteers quickly process modification requests and track the modification history in your community.

  • Quick Payments available without Signing In

    If you forgot your password or haven't registered yet, you can still make a one-time payment.  If you haven't Signed In yet, click on the "Make a Quick Payment" button in the top-right corner of the website.  You'll need your Account Number, which you can find on your Statement.

    Already Signed In?  You can make a one-time payment by using the "Make a Payment" drop-down menu.
