Payment processing fees for one-time payments by eCheck will increase to $2.99, effective April 1st, 2024.

This increase to the payment processing fees, or "administrative fees", will not affect any credit card payments or recurring eCheck payments.  Only eCheck payments made using the One-time Payment or Quick Payment pages will be affected.  There are still no payment processing fees for paying through online BillPay or for mailing a check.

These payment processing fees do not go to HMS or your community association.  HMS’ payment processor has informed us that this future increase of $1.00 reflects rising costs associated with secure payment processing, and not by management or your community association.

Recurring Payment Fees Staying the Same

Recurring payments will not be affected by this increase.  The payment processing fee associated with recurring eCheck payments will remain the same.  Recurring credit card payments are also unaffected.  You can set up and review your recurring payments on the Recurring Payments page.

Credit Card Payment Fees Staying the Same

This increase will not affect any credit card payments.  The payment processing fees for credit card payments will remain the same, whether for paying for assessments, amenity reservation fees, or access device fees.
