On Wednesday evening, June 4, 2025, a break-in occurred at the US Post Office located on Webb Bridge Road in Alpharetta, GA. Several post office boxes were pried open, and the contents were removed. Unfortunately, HMS' post office box (P.O. Box 2458) was among those looted. We do not believe that HMS was targeted, as many other post boxes were also looted. The thieves stole all the mail from the boxes that they forced open. This is not the remittance address used for regular, mail-in association payments (P.O. Box 908 in Commerce, GA).
Obviously, HMS has no way of knowing what specific items were taken. We are advising you so that you are aware that any mail that you sent to HMS may not have been delivered. The items that homeowners typically send to HMS include architectural modification request forms, letters to your Association Manager at HMS or to Board members, documents supporting violation hearings, and payments on delinquent accounts and/or payment plans. If you experience any issues with these types of correspondence, then please Contact HMS so that we can work to resolve your individual issue.
